Commercial and Private Insurance

We are out of network for all commercial and private carriers. Although we require full payment at time of service, we bill all commercial and private carriers to get our patients reimbursed for their expenses. The amount of reimbursement is entirely dependent on the patient’s insurance policy and the status of their deduction limits. Reimbursement checks are sent directly from the insurance company to the patient’s home and are generally received within 4-6 weeks of the visit.

 

Medicare and Medicaid

We do not accept either Medicare or Medicaid and we are unable to bill them out of network.

 

Worker’s Compensation

We are happy to arrange third party payment by our patient’s Worker’s Compensation representative. Please speak with our billing manager for further information.

 

Attorneys

We are happy to arrange third party payment by our patient’s attorney in the case of litigation.
